Four years in, and the thing that still stands out to me is how the team actually shows up for each other. This isn't a place where you hit your numbers and go home. We celebrate each other's wins — even the small ones. When someone's having a rough month, you feel it, and people reach out. I've had colleagues in other agencies tell me they barely know the person sitting next to them. Here, that's just not possible. The culture isn't something Yen talks about — it's something everyone quietly builds every day, and you feel it from your first week.

I joined with no background in financial advisory — honestly, I wasn't sure what I was getting into. What made the difference was that I was never left to figure things out alone. From day one, there was a clear structure: what to focus on, what to learn, and who to ask. Yen sat in on my early client meetings, and just knowing someone experienced was in the room gave me a lot of confidence I wouldn't have built on my own. Seeing someone you've worked with actually move forward in life because of a plan you helped build — that doesn't get old. I stay because when I look at all of it together, there's nowhere else I'd rather be building this.
